Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find the right products for their lifestyle.
• Stay informed about the latest Nike products and trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Engage with consumers and teammates, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained and ready for customers, including organizing merchandise and keeping the store clean.
• Work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity.
• Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• Have the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for sports and the Nike brand.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling to accommodate retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
