Responsibilities

  • Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
  • Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, helping them discover the product that inspires them.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the store is sharp and ready for business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all customers and colleagues.
  • Model integrity and reliability in all interactions with consumers and teammates.

Requirements

  • Lead with service and consumer needs.
  • Understand and guide consumers to the right products.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment.
  • Have the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.
  • Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).

Qualifications

  • Pass an online assessment to demonstrate personality and behavioral preferences relevant to the Retail Athlete/Associate role.

Skills

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
