Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving like a pro in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find the perfect fit and style.
• Stay informed about product offerings and trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the store is well-stocked and ready for customer service.
• Engage positively with customers, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity.
• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Pass an online assessment to demonstrate personality and behavioral preferences relevant to the Retail Athlete/Associate role.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50.

Schedule

Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
