Responsibilities

  • Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
  • Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find the right products for their lifestyle.
  • Stay informed about product details and store operations to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the store is well-stocked and maintained.
  • Engage positively with customers and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Adapt to changing schedules and work shifts as needed to support the store's operational needs.

Requirements

  • Lead with service and integrity.
  • Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
  • Flexible with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
