Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them.
• Work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment, across store zones and consumer needs.
• Lead with service, understanding and guiding consumers to the gear that elevates their performance.
• Ensure the store is sharp and ready for business, honoring the details and meeting your goals.
• Show up for the consumer and your teammates, bringing the energy of sport and creating a supportive space.
• Model integrity in every interaction, meeting our elevated standards and communicating honestly.

Requirements

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50.
