Responsibilities

  • Lead with service by understanding and anticipating consumer needs, guiding them to products that elevate their performance.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge, honor details, and keep the store sharp.
  • Hit sales goals and move with purpose to fuel the store’s momentum.
  • Build connections with customers and teammates, creating a space where everyone feels seen and supported.
  • Bring energy and share your knowledge of sport and culture.
  • Uphold integrity by meeting elevated standards, communicating honestly, and modeling reliability in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
  • Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodations).
  • Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
