Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and identifying customer needs.
• Maintain merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and visually appealing product displays.
• Support sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily cash-out procedures with accuracy.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment while upholding company standards for hospitality and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience an asset.
• Hospitality-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Mature, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Enjoy working with a diverse team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills; second language an asset.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with the ability to engage with guests.
• Cash handling experience.
• Able to take initiative on restocking, re-merchandising, and regular cleaning duties.
