Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving like a pro in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a sharp and welcoming store environment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all customers feel seen and supported.

Requirements

• Lead with service and integrity.
• Be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• Have the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of Nike products and the ability to recommend appropriate items based on consumer needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50.
