Responsibilities

• Build brand trust and loyalty by serving consumers in a fast-paced, high traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
• Guide consumers to the gear that elevates their performance, ensuring they find products that inspire them.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a sharp store environment and achieve sales targets.
• Show up energetically and authentically, bringing the energy of sport and creating a supportive atmosphere for all customers.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50.

Schedule

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
