About the role

Fossil Group is seeking a part-time sales associate for their outlet store located at the St Louis Premium Outlet in Chesterfield. This position offers flexible hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide product information and assist with sales
• Manage inventory and ensure displays are attractive and appealing
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and product knowledge

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
