About the role
Join our passionate team at a world-class mountain shop and receive industry-leading benefits and training. As a Retail Associate, you’ll provide guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience—no prior experience required. This is a flexible role that may include working across multiple departments such as retail, rentals, food and beverage support, ticket sales, lift operations, or base area operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge
- Outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear (training provided)
- Work with teammates to maintain safety standards
- Perform cashiering, rentals, or assist other departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must communicate fluently in English
Pay
Starting wage: $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
Schedule
Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Full-time and part-time shifts available.
