Retail Associate

Essential Duties

• Aid customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Process customer transactions accurately and promptly.
• Handle cash and perform computer procedures effectively.
• Maintain and organize the store according to management guidelines.
• Answer telephones according to established protocols.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the store.
• Attend and participate in all required training sessions.
• Be familiar with the products and services offered in the store and other locations within the resort.
• Exceed guest expectations and foster positive experiences for both guests and employees.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill And Ability Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills are necessary.
• Self-motivation and strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• This position may require evening, weekend, and holiday work.
