Responsibilities

• Ensures all intake forms and other paperwork are properly completed, filed, and entered into company databases.
• Confirms patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and dispensary.
• Provides exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
• Responds to customer calls or emails requesting product, training, and general information.
• Manages patient records using state and company databases and maintains/updates databases as needed.
• Fulfills customer orders and is responsible for the sales and promotion of all products.
• Builds and maintains a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail operation, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Passion for handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance, and inventory control.
• Excellent consulting skills and exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and organize/prioritize work consistently.
• MED badge required.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting or moving up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance).
• Must be able to communicate verbally with coworkers, customers, and vendors.
• Works in a moderate noise-level environment.
