Responsibilities

• Serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating wonderful customer experiences
• Be a positive attitude, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with all types of people
• Be a great multitasker, have excellent customer service skills and prior experience leading a team in sales or in the food industry

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Experience in retail and sales is a bonus
• Experience with POS systems (preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in retail sales, barista, or service industry is a plus
