Retail Assistant Store Manager, Fabletics (University Park Village - Ft. Worth, TX)

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our retail store at University Park Village in Fort Worth, TX. About the role

As a key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, you’ll leverage cutting-edge technology to create a seamless, omnichannel shopping experience. You’ll partner with a high-energy team of associates to help customers, surpass KPIs, and reach new levels of success. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values through self-accountability, acting as a model for all team members.
• Support the Store Manager and Supervisor in training store Associates to engage customers in new and meaningful ways.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Manage daily store activities to align with Company and Store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and gather feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of management experience within a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands

• Involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
