Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager promotes all products and services, manages team workflow, and acts as the manager on duty in the absence of the store manager. They focus on delivering excellent customer service, accurately documenting customer concerns, inspecting vehicles, and recommending appropriate services. They communicate estimates, provide updates, handle cashing out, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. They also track returns, warranty parts, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive field preferred
• Professional appearance and process-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license; at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays
