Retail Assistant Store Manager - Fabletics (Opry Mills - Nashville, TN)

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our new retail store at Opry Mills in Nashville, TN. As a key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll drive sales and operational excellence, leveraging cutting-edge technology to create a seamless, omnichannel shopping experience. You'll partner with a forward-thinking team to help customers and shape an exceptional retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values through self-accountability, acting as a model for all team members.
• Support the Store Manager and Supervisor in training store Associates to engage customers in new and meaningful ways.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Manage daily store activities to align with Company and Store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
