The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales, fostering a positive brand image, and supporting the community.

Responsibilities

  • Model WOW service principles and train your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections through WOW experiences.

  • Develop and implement short and long-term business plans to achieve key KPIs.

  • Motivate and inspire your team through feedback and recognition, and build their skills through coaching and teaching.

  • Increase brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives.

  • Ensure all guests feel welcome and part of the Kendra Scott family.

  • Take ownership over specific areas of responsibility to positively impact store performance.

  • Make good decisions guided by a balance of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18.

  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs., bend, squat, twist, and reach.

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.

  • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail management.

  • Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.

  • Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and other key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.

  • A passion for Kendra Scott and its mission of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.

  • Available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
