Retail Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales, fostering a positive brand image, and supporting the community.
Responsibilities
Model WOW service principles and train your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections through WOW experiences.
Develop and implement short and long-term business plans to achieve key KPIs.
Motivate and inspire your team through feedback and recognition, and build their skills through coaching and teaching.
Increase brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives.
Ensure all guests feel welcome and part of the Kendra Scott family.
Take ownership over specific areas of responsibility to positively impact store performance.
Make good decisions guided by a balance of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
Requirements
Must be over the age of 18.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs., bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail management.
Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.
Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and other key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.
A passion for Kendra Scott and its mission of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
Available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
