Retail Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales, fostering a positive customer experience, and supporting team development.
Responsibilities
Model WOW service principles and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Develop and implement short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
Train and develop team members to ensure they provide WOW experiences and achieve revenue targets.
Drive results by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections through WOW experiences.
Build networks by participating in community initiatives and acquiring new customers.
Ensure accountability by taking responsibility for actions and fostering a culture of trust and integrity.
Make good decisions by balancing analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
Requirements
Must be over the age of 18.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs., bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail management.
Experience leading functional teams.
Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams and measure success in terms of career impact.
Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness.

Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
