Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Model, teach, and coach WOW service with a customer-centric mindset.
• Train and develop your team to deliver WOW experiences and achieve sales targets.
• Drive results by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections.
• Build networks through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives.
• Ensure accountability and make good decisions to achieve store financial goals.
• Display courage and lead with integrity in all situations.

Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
• Experience defining success through significant impact on team members’ careers
• Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners
• Passion for Kendra Scott and its mission
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends
