About the role

We are seeking a casual sales professional to join our Joondalup store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for superior jewellery and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service. You will cater to the unique needs of each client while providing expert guidance and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards
• Build rapport with new and existing clients
• Provide expert guidance and product knowledge to clients
• Use sound computer skills, including internet, point of sale, and spreadsheets

Requirements

• Jewellery knowledge (advantageous)
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Experience in sales and achieving targets (desirable)
• Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset
• Confident and outgoing personality with an immaculate and professional appearance
• Multi-lingual abilities (advantageous)

This casual position requires availability to work weekdays, late nights, and weekends at our Joondalup showroom.
