Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador inside one of our retail partner locations by greeting customers and starting friendly conversations
• Educate homeowners about Berkeys' Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Water Treatment, and Generator services
• Ask questions to understand customers' home service needs
• Schedule free in-home estimates with our Sales Consultants
• Build relationships with store associates and leadership
• Represent Berkeys with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
• Generate qualified appointments for our Sales team—no sales closing required

Requirements

• Retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or promotional experience preferred (not required)
• Outgoing and confident communicator
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and text messaging
• No HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Treatment experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know
