While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! At Renewal by Andersen, we’re having trouble keeping up with all the opportunities to generate leads in retail environments.
Compensation
- $17/hour plus a lucrative commission structure. On average, Retail Ambassadors earn anywhere from $20–$30/HR
- Multiple bonus opportunities
- Paid training
Requirements
- Dependable & reliable
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Part-time, flexible hours (4–6 HR/shift)
- Reliable form of transportation (mileage is reimbursed)
- Proficient using a smartphone & computer
- Ability to execute light setup & breakdown in retail environments
- Maintain high energy and a positive attitude
Qualifications
- No experience required; however, customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred
