Job Purpose
Performs a variety of administrative functions to assist with the daily operations of the office, department, and various retail locations. Conducts sales and inventory management. Researches and prepares statistics for departmental reports and assists in maintaining departmental budget. Assists customers and troubleshoots customer service issues when necessary.
Required Skills
- Knowledgeable in office bookkeeping software, such as Microsoft Excel
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Experience managing and distributing information within the office, including answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and walk to all venues on beach
- Experience in retail and administrative support
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and sales statistics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum five years experience in administrative and retail support
