Responsibilities
- Support Senior Retail Account Managers with day-to-day account management activities across multiple client accounts
- Maintain accurate account documentation, program information, and project status updates
- Aid in account execution by coordinating activities between clients, internal teams, and retailer contacts
- Help ensure account information remains accurate, organized, and up to date
- Create and maintain new items within Target systems
- Support item maintenance activities, including updates to product information, pricing, and item attributes
- Aid in vendor onboarding and supplier setup processes
- Monitor retailer requirements and support successful execution of account initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to retailer setup activities and account changes
- Assist with maintaining and optimizing Target.com product detail pages
- Support updates to product content, images, and item attributes
- Ensure online product information remains accurate and current
- Partner with internal teams to support digital shelf initiatives and eCommerce execution
- Manage sample requests and coordinate deliveries with vendors and retailers
- Maintain records related to vendor setups, product information, pricing, order status, planning issues, and program details
- Aid in reporting, data organization, and operational tracking activities
- Support ad hoc projects and account initiatives as business needs evolve
- Identify issues and escalate them appropriately for resolution
- Partner with account management, sales, supply chain, and other internal teams to support client objectives
- Coordinate updates and information across stakeholders to support account execution
- Learn Target's systems, processes, and retail best practices while building account management experience
- Contribute to a collaborative and client-focused team environment
Requirements
Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred; Supply Chain, Retail, or Business degrees preferred. Retail, business, or account management experience preferred. Interest in account management, retail operations, supply chain, or consumer products. Internships or early-career experience in retail, operations, or client-facing environments are a plus. Experience working with Target on the retailer or supplier side preferred.
