About the role
Siskin Hospital is seeking a dedicated Restorative Therapy Technician (CNA) to support physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists with patient treatments and group sessions
- Support patient transfers and mobility
- Communicate patient changes to clinical staff
- Ensure equipment is used safely and appropriately
- Uphold hospital safety, compliance, and service standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CNA certification in Tennessee
- CPR certification
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Prior rehab or SNF experience preferred
