Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention to encourage residents' ability to maintain or attain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Give personal care services including bathing, shampooing, combing hair, oral care, personal hygiene, shaving, nail care, assisting with dressing, feeding, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic device assistance, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and communication support.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are essential qualities for this role.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Capable of performing the essential functions of the position.
