Restorative Awake Overnight Residential Specialist

About the role

The Restorative Awake Overnight Residential Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to residents in a residential setting. This role requires a deep understanding of mental health and behavioral health principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs
• Provide daily supervision and support to residents
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health or behavioral health settings
• Licensed or licensed eligible in relevant state
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma
• Understanding of crisis intervention techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
