Restorative Aide (CNA)

About the role

Participate in the activities department by directing and participating in restorative programs tailored to individual residents. Facilitate each resident's transition from skilled rehab services to restorative, progressive, and preventative programs. Maintain restorative nursing progress and documentation records for all participating residents. Visit each resident daily and as needed to ensure the program's productivity.

Requirements

• CNA License with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy and procedures
• Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the general public
