About the Role
We are currently hiring a Restorative Aide/Certified Nurse Assistant to help our residents maintain mobility while supporting them to live at their highest possible level of independence and function. The Restorative Aide position is a part-time role working three days per week with an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. Full-time hours are available if the candidate is willing to work two days a week as a CNA in skilled care.
Pay & Incentives
- Hourly wage: $20.25–$24.69 (DOE)
- Evening and weekend shift differentials
- Sign-on incentive: $6,000 for full-time; $3,000 for part-time (paid quarterly over a 15-month contract for qualified candidates)
Shifts & Scheduling
- CNA shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Restorative Aide shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Includes every-other-weekend and holiday rotation

Requirements
- Must be a North Dakota–licensed CNA (or willing to obtain certification with our support)
