About the role

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Restorative Aide in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct restorative care
• Performs restorative nursing procedures that maximize the resident’s existing abilities
• Emphasizes independence instead of dependence
• Precvents loss of existing functional capacity
• Follows established policies and procedures while providing care and respecting confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Current State certification for Nursing Assistant
• Minimum of three months experience within the geriatric healthcare field
• Knowledgeable of restorative care procedures

Pay

$17.51 - $26.64 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
