Restoration Technician-North Carolina

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and mitigation services on residential and commercial properties.
• Aid in water, fire, mold, and storm damage cleanup and restoration.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, containment areas, and job site materials.
• Follow Company Procedures, Safety Requirements, And Project Timelines.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and daily notes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Keep vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean and organized.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Respond to emergency and after-hours situations when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Experience with water, fire, mold, or storm restoration is a plus.
