    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Comfortable working on job sites and lifting/moving equipment
    • Basic comfort using smartphones and mobile apps

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • 0–2 years of experience in restoration, construction, demolition, facilities, or a trade
    • Willingness to earn IICRC certifications (training supported)
    • Compensation & Benefits

      • Hourly pay: $18–$21/hr based on experience
      • Overtime opportunities and weekly pay
      • Benefits after 90 days, including health/disability coverage, PTO, 401(k) with company match, cellphone allowance, and performance bonuses (as applicable)

      About the Role

      We’re hiring Restoration Technicians (Mitigation) who are ready to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in restoration. This is hands-on work supporting water, fire, and mold projects with structured training, field experience, and a clear path for growth. When disaster strikes, customers need professionals who show up, work safely, and help restore their property. Restoration Technicians are the first step in making that happen.

      THE ROLE – WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

      • Support water, fire, and mold restoration projects under the direction of Crew Chiefs and Project Managers
      • Perform demolition, containment, site protection, and cleanup according to safety standards
      • Set up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers
      • Absorb moisture readings, photos, notes, and job documentation using mobile tools
      • Load/unload equipment and maintain clean, organized jobsites and warehouse areas
      • Follow PPE, safety procedures, and company standards
      • Communicate professionally with customers, building staff, and teammates
      • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
