Education and Certification
- Preferred Industry Certification: IICRC Certified Water Restoration Technician, IICRC Fire Restoration Technician, and IICRC Certified Mold Remediation Technician, Council Certified Structural Drying Remediator/Supervisor (CSDR/ CSDS)
- These are a plus if not certified, we will train and certify

Key Responsibilities
- Respond daily to water mitigation clean-up jobs, sewage back-ups, flooding, fire board-ups, and demolition jobs.
- Trained on water extraction and operation of equipment.
- Learn how to set up and operate drying equipment.
- Report to the Project Supervisor at the start of each shift for job assignments and complete assigned tasks daily.
- Preserve structural items and contents according to the Project Supervisor’s instructions.
- Inform the Project Supervisor of the equipment and materials needed to complete the assignment properly and on schedule.
- Possess the communication skills and experience to direct laborers in the restoration protocols.
- Document personnel, hours, and work performed on a given shift.
- PRACTICE on-the-job safety and encourage safety amongst the labor force.
- Be included on an on-call schedule and rotation for after-hours and weekend assignments.
