Restoration Mitigation Technician

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to property damage emergencies
• Aid with mitigation and restoration services for residential and commercial customers
• Perform water extraction and structural drying services
• Assist with fire and smoke cleanup
• Conduct demolition and removal of damaged materials
• Set up and monitor restoration equipment
• Clean and prepare job sites for restoration work
• Load, maintain, and organize equipment and vehicles
• Document job progress through photos and notes
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to participate in an on call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Able to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in varying environments
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas when necessary
• Working around cleaning products, moisture, dust, and restoration equipment
