About the role

Help businesses get back up and running. When a burst pipe floods an office, a fire damages a warehouse, or storm water shuts down a retail space, business owners need a team that responds fast and gets it right. As a Restoration Technician, you'll be on the front lines of restoring commercial properties - minimizing downtime and helping businesses recover quickly.

What You'll Do

  • Take charge of your day - Review daily work orders and prioritize tasks to keep commercial jobs moving efficiently.
  • Investigate and assess - Locate and evaluate damage throughout a client's commercial facility, determining what needs demolition and what can be saved.
  • Rebuild and restore - Repair or replace damaged materials and frames, bringing commercial spaces back to their pre-loss condition.
  • Extract and dry - Assess water damage and perform extraction as a critical step in restoring business operations.
  • Keep it clean and safe - Maintain tidy, hazard-free work areas in active commercial environments, following safety regulations and best practices at all times.
  • Take care of your gear - Properly maintain and store tools and equipment so they're ready when you need them.
  • Master the tools of the trade - Build proficiency with restoration equipment to get the job done right on large-scale commercial projects.
  • Hit the road - Drive company vehicles to respond to emergency calls and reach commercial job sites across the area.
  • Answer the call, wherever it leads - Travel to other company offices when surge events require extra hands for large commercial losses.
  • Document the work - Complete Daily Field Sheet packets and log your progress using company software.
  • Be there when it matters most - Participate in on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, as part of our 24/7 emergency response commitment to commercial clients.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current WRT/ASD Certification (preferred)
  • A strong commitment to following safety regulations

  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Comfort working in active commercial environments (offices, retail, warehouses, multi-tenant buildings) alongside business staff and stakeholders
