Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency situations including water and fire damage
  • Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup
  • Set up and operate restoration equipment
  • Load, maintain, and inventory work vehicles and tools
  • Identify and communicate job site conditions and safety concerns
  • Communicate professionally with customers and explain the restoration process
  • Follow safety guidelines and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred
  • IICRC certification a plus (training available)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry equipment repeatedly
  • Ability to work with cleaning agents and restoration materials
