Restoration Technician

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Respond to water, fire, mold, sewage, and other property damage jobs
• Auxiliary with job site setup, protection, containment, cleanup, and restoration work
• Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, drying, packing, moving, and related field tasks
• Set up, monitor, move, clean, and remove restoration equipment
• Take job site photos and assist with basic documentation
• Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow instructions from Project Managers and branch leadership
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and job-specific instructions
• Support emergency jobs, overtime, after-hours work, and occasional weekend work as needed

• Experience in plumbing, maintenance, or general labor
• Experience in moving, packing, warehouse, or cleaning work
• Experience in customer service or other field service work
• IICRC certifications or restoration-related training
