Restoration Technician

About the role

Responsible for restoring and maintaining various facilities and equipment. This includes performing repairs, cleaning, and ensuring all systems are functioning properly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment
• Respond to emergency repair calls as needed
• Clean and organize work areas
• Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in facility maintenance or similar field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Skills

• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
