Restoration Supervisor

About the role

As a Restoration Supervisor, you will prescribe, coordinate, control, and perform work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. You will serve as the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, demonstrating the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is a labor-intensive position where you will make a difference each day by helping make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened®!”

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Thoroughly document restoration projects to support the services provided
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers; follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Assist with hiring, coach, and train restoration technicians

Requirements

• Effective written and oral communication skills with basic math and computer proficiency
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, or carry objects
• Ability to work with or around cleaning products and chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay

Starts at $18–$22 per hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and merit-based increases.
