This front-line management position oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and production crews, driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, and staff development. You will make a difference each day by helping to restore fire and water damage to make it “Like it never even happened®!”
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer and client experience, ensuring overall satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
- Provide priority response to potential customers.
- Prepare accurate scopes of work and estimates using proprietary software.
- Negotiate customer/client approval of project scope and estimates.
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors, for active projects.
- Review job site documentation to ensure proper client requirements and billing processes.
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
- Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and material assets.
- Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training production teammates.
Requirements
- Effective written and oral communication skills with intermediate math and computer proficiency.
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- IICRC certifications preferred; Xactimate® experience a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, or carry objects.
- Ability to work with or around cleaning products and chemicals.
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Pay
