Join our franchise as a Restoration Project Manager and be part of a team focused on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect. This front-line management position oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and production crews, driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, and staff development. You will make a difference each day by helping to restore fire and water damage to make it “Like it never even happened®!”

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer and client experience, ensuring overall satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
  • Provide priority response to potential customers.
  • Prepare accurate scopes of work and estimates using proprietary software.
  • Negotiate customer/client approval of project scope and estimates.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors, for active projects.
  • Review job site documentation to ensure proper client requirements and billing processes.
  • Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and material assets.
  • Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training production teammates.

Requirements

  • Effective written and oral communication skills with intermediate math and computer proficiency.
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • IICRC certifications preferred; Xactimate® experience a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, or carry objects.
  • Ability to work with or around cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Pay

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
