About the role
Turn property damage into a plan—and help customers get their lives back on track. ServiceMaster Restore is looking for a Restoration Project Manager – Mitigation to manage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion and collection. This is not a desk-only position. You’ll meet customers, inspect damage, develop scopes, prepare estimates, sell projects, coordinate production, communicate with insurance professionals, and drive projects across the finish line. We’re looking for someone who combines sales ability, project management, customer service, and leadership.

Responsibilities
- Respond to water, fire/smoke, mold, packout, and specialty-loss opportunities.
- Inspect properties and determine appropriate scopes of work.
- Prepare estimates and supporting documentation.
- Sell projects and obtain signed contracts/authorizations.
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, agents, and property managers.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and internal support staff.
- Monitor schedules, costs, documentation, and profitability.
- Maintain accurate files using Restore 365, Mitigate, DocuSketch, and other systems.
- Meet applicable insurance carrier and TPA requirements
