Restoration Project Manager

Job Description

This company is looking for top candidates to fill their open position of Project Manager. They are partnered with a growing and well-established commercial restoration company to find qualified and talented individuals like yourself.

Requirements

• Reputable restoration company in the area known for quality work and strong team culture
• Full-time, on-site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion
• Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication
• Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1–$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work
• Requires 3–5+ years of experience, water/mold certifications, Xactimate proficiency, IICRC certification preferred, and leadership of 5–10+ person crews
• Educational background: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor’s degree preferred
