Restoration Field Technician
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have Benefits list: Flexible schedule, Opportunity for advancement, Training & development, Competitive salary, Free uniforms, Paid time off, Company parties, Profit sharing. Also "We Offer:" includes Team-oriented culture, Community Impact, Opportunity for career growth, Paid training & development programs, Competitive compensation, Free uniforms. Some overlap; we can combine into Benefits section.
Responsibilities: "Typical Duties Include:" list many items. Also "Job Summary" description. Could be under Responsibilities.
Qualifications: list: No experience required but 1-2 years preferred, will train, looking for great attitude, strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, working knowledge of residential/commercial construction practices a plus, self-motivated, growth-oriented, able to work efficiently in team environment. Also "Who We’re Looking For" similar.
We should not repeat job title. No Pay or Schedule sections unless explicitly stated; we have "Competitive salary" in benefits, but not a specific pay amount. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits we have explicit list, so we can include Benefits. Pay not specific amount, so we should not create Pay section. Schedule: we have "Flexible schedule" in benefits but not a schedule section; we can include schedule info within Benefits? The instruction: only create Schedule section if posting actually states them. It does not give schedule details like full-time, part-time, shift. So we should not create a Schedule heading.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So include company description maybe under "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role. We can include an "About the role" section with the company description and mission.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:
About the role

We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, mold and fire damage events—with speed, professionalism, and compassion. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality results while upholding the highest standards of safety, communication, and customer care. ... (mission etc.)
Maybe combine mission paragraph. ThenResponsibilities
- ... each duty
Qualifications
- ... each qualification
Benefits
- ... each benefit
under Responsibilities. Then the list of Typical Duties. Qualifications: include paragraphs: "No experience is required, but 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred. We will fully train and certify the right person. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn the restoration trade the right way.Working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices is a strong plusSelf-motivated and growth-orientedAble to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment". Also "Who We’re Looking For" similar: "We are seeking a hardworking, hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who loves using their tools, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done." plus franchise note. The franchise note maybe not a qualification but could be included under Qualifications or maybe as a note. It's substantive: "This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Lightspeed Restoration Corporate." This is not a qualification but could be included under Qualifications or maybe a separate section like "About the role"? Not exactly. Could be included under Qualifications as additional info. We'll include as a paragraph. We must not include application instructions; the franchise note is not exactly application instruction but informs where to apply. Might be considered application instruction? It says where application goes. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove application instructions. This is about where to send application; could be considered application instruction. Safer to omit? But it's substantive info about the hiring process. The instruction says remove application instructions. I'd err on side of removing it to comply. However we might lose substantive info. But the instruction explicitly says remove application instructions. So we will omit that franchise note. Thus Qualifications will contain the descriptive paragraphs and bullet list of attributes. Now we need to output HTML. Let's craft:
