Restoration Crew Chief

Position Overview

As a Restoration Crew Chief, you will lead a crew on job sites impacted by water or sewage damage. You’ll guide clients through stressful situations with empathy and professionalism while ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage water/sewage damage restoration projects
• Remove damaged materials and set up drying equipment on-site
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor
• Maintain clear and positive communication with team members and customers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Drive company vehicle to job sites, following all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Document all aspects of mold remediation using industry software
• Lead and supervise assigned crew members on job sites

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability to work overtime and some holidays
• Reliable transportation to and from the Des Moines area
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
