Restoration Construction Manager - NC

Responsibilities

• Create and shape a positive culture amongst the team.
• Direct communication with customers throughout the entire project to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure technical problems with installations and troubleshooting assignments are communicated to the Regional Construction Manager.
• Utilize our pool of subcontractors while constantly seeking new resources to complete projects on time and under budget.
• Ensure material, supplies, permits, and inspections are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry projects.
• Affirm adherence to the construction scope detailing time and material specifications, and communicate to the management any discrepancies in the scope.
• Aid in change order estimating, approval process, and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry/Insurance related losses.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years Hands-On Construction Experience.
• Minimum 2 years Project Management Experience.
• Strong Remodeling/Restoration Experience (preferred).
• Able to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Xactimate experience a plus.
