Who We Want

We seek a reliable and motivated Restoration and Construction Specialist with field experience, leadership, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, highly accountable, driven, and persistent, able to work independently and with diverse teams in high-pressure environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily tasks and manage labor teams
  • Enforce safety standards and OSHA/EPA regulations
  • Prepare job sites, tools, and materials daily
  • Maintain site cleanliness and safety
  • Accurately track labor, materials, and equipment usage
  • Conduct quality control checks and document progress
  • Collaborate with project managers and communicate challenges in real time
  • Follow Mooring Safety policies and standard operating procedures
  • Utilize internal systems for time tracking and reporting

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with manual and power tools and construction equipment
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions and during weekends, nights, or holidays
  • Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable following detailed oral and written instructions

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience in restoration, mitigation, and/or construction industries
  • Knowledge of OSHA and IICRC standards
  • Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., OSHA 10, WTR, ASD, FSRT, etc.)

Compensation

$20.00 per hour
