Restoration Construction Director

Director of Construction leads reconstruction operations for water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects across the Denver metro area. The role manages multiple projects at once, ensuring safe, high-quality restoration and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee reconstruction job execution, including budgeting, job planning, and cost control.Manage schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to meet project requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and insurance standards.Collaborate with mitigation and office teams to coordinate workflows and documentation.Mentor and support project leaders and strengthen leadership performance.Drive continuous improvement in safety practices, documentation accuracy, and profitability. Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership experience in construction restoration or similar reconstruction environments.Strong project management skills, including budgeting, coordination, and quality control.Ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs and stakeholders effectively.Working knowledge of code compliance, insurance requirements, and job documentation.Commitment to safety, customer service, and operational integrity.
