Restoration Accountant

About the role

Two Eagles Restoration is a full-service property restoration, environmental remediation, and reconstruction company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, environmental cleaning, and complete reconstruction services. Our team responds quickly when disaster strikes, helping clients stabilize their properties, prevent further damage, and restore what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software.
• Manage the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available.
• Avoid stress by prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Communicate through modern technology with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and fellow team members.
• Collect information by asking questions and monitoring various aspects of the business to detect problems.
• Enter timesheets and process payroll.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
