Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment for guests.
• Stock all service stations and assist servers with table service when needed.
• Run food to the appropriate table in a timely and efficient manner.
• Help set up and clear tables, stock service stations, and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Cook and serve breakfast buffet items, including beverages, fruits, pastries, and other breakfast foods.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, confirming order accuracy before presenting to guests and addressing any special requests or modifications.
• Greet guests in a prompt manner, seat guests, and issue menus.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed.
• Always provide the highest quality of service to guests.

Requirements

• Early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy and dynamic environment.
• Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift, and stand for the shift worked.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Thorough knowledge of menus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
